We're a
leading Irish company
specialising in kitchen extract and general ventilation system cleaning, and we're looking for a dedicated
Accounts & Office Administrator
to help keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the right department.
Managing all invoicing, payments, and purchases using Sage.
Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Chasing up payments and handling client accounts.
Supporting the office with general administrative duties.
What We Offer:

Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

What We're Looking For:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Good computer knowledge and attention to detail.
* Experience with Sage (preferred, but training can be provided).
* A positive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative.
