The role! The purpose of this role is to support the Order Management team in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. The role focuses on data entry, order validation, and administrative support, ensuring that orders are correctly recorded and progressed through internal systems. You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, Finance and warehousing, contributing to a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. Job Requirements Key contributions: Order Entry & Processing: Input customer orders into CRM/ERP systems accurately; check product codes, quantities, pricing and delivery info; ensure documentation is attached; support order pipeline. Administrative Support: Maintain records across systems; use Microsoft Excel to track orders and produce basic reports; update order status; support documentation processes. Internal Coordination: Work with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance on queries; escalate issues; provide updates on order progress. Issue Identification: Identify missing/incorrect data; flag issues; support follow-ups with guidance. Compliance & Process: Follow processes; ensure data accuracy; support continuous improvement. Warehouse & Shipping Support Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness Generate and manage shipping documentation (labels, delivery notes, courier bookings) Coordinate with courier providers to arrange collections and deliveries Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status Support basic warehouse activities where required (e.g., organising orders, stock handling support) Job Responsibilities Essential Experience & Qualifications Attention to detail; organisation; communication; process adherence; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking, reporting); basic problem-solving. ERP/CRM experience (e.g. Business Central); experience in admin or operations roles; exposure to order-to-cash 2 years experience in administration or customer service; hands-on Excel experience required; recent graduate or early-career candidates considered; relevant qualification desirable.
