Waterford.This role will involve managing and supporting a variety of engineering projects, from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring that all projects align with company standards, timelines, and budgets. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across several production facilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage the design, implementation, and handover of a range of engineering projects (building services, production upgrades, etc.).Coordinate and deliver projects across multiple production sites.Prepare and review user requirements, tender documents, and engineering drawings.Oversee commissioning and verification of systems to ensure readiness for operational use.Develop and control project budgets throughout the life cycle of each project.Adhere to internal SOPs and project management procedures.Provide ongoing technical support and improvements to engineering systems and production sites.Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.Key Requirements:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar engineering project role, ideally involving medium to large-scale capital projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.Strong AutoCAD skills are essential.Project Management certification is desirable.Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from concept to completion.Budget management and project life cycle experience.Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and best practices.Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to travelTo apply, please submit your CV to Laura Duffy for review!
