Job Title:
Finance Administrator
The role involves supporting the finance department in various key activities including managing purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling accounts and assisting with payroll and month-end reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with site and office teams to maintain financial compliance, accuracy and timely reporting in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Financial Control and Planning team in managing purchase orders, processing invoices and supplier reconciliations.
* Working daily with our ERP system to manage financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.
* Supporting the Quantity Surveying team on tracking project certification and timely invoicing.
* Reconciling Debtors Ledger on a weekly basis to ensure cash is collected on time.
* Setting up new accounts, validating bank details, monthly payments and resolving queries.
Requirements
Competencies
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Education & Experience
* 2+ years' experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
