With venues across Limerick, Cork, and Castletroy, we've built a loyal following by focusing on great food, great people, and genuine hospitality.We're now looking for an experienced Senior General Manager to lead operations across our Coqbull locations, driving performance, culture, and innovation as we continue to grow.The RoleThe Senior GM will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about food, people, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee and support GMs and management teams across Coqbull locations.Drive consistency in standards, service, and brand execution.Manage budgets, labour costs, and financial performance in line with group targets.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.People & CultureLead by example — inspiring teams to deliver excellence every day.Coach and mentor management and supervisory staff to build strong future leaders.Champion the Coqbull culture — bold, professional, fun, and people-focused.Sales & MarketingWork with the Marketing and Head Office teams to deliver and activate local campaigns, events, and promotions.Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, corporate partnerships, and new revenue streams.Drive growth in key areas: dinner trade, cocktails, private bookings, and group dining.Business PerformanceAnalyse P&Ls and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Support the implementation of operational efficiencies across the group.Ensure stock management, cost control, and cash handling procedures are maintained.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience as a General Manager or Multi-Site Operator in a busy hospitality environment.Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Energy, charisma, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites as needed.What We OfferCompetitive €70,000 package (base + performance-related bonus).Clear pathway for career progression within the group.Mentorship from senior leadership, including direct collaboration with ownership.A dynamic, people-first workplace culture built on respect, fun, and accountability.Opportunities to shape the future of one of Ireland's most exciting hospitality brands.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountWork Location: In person
