Job Summary
This HR Business Partner role involves driving HR initiatives, supporting local business lines, and partnering with multiple departments to ensure alignment and implementation of people strategies and processes. The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building skills, a coaching approach, and a learning attitude.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Resourcing & Selection: Ensure effective recruitment processes, coordinate approvals, and assist in workforce planning.
o Talent Management: Identify and develop talent, empower managers to build development plans, and promote a culture of growth and development.
o Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs, promote the use of development plans, and ensure key skill-sets match the business strategy.
o Employee Relations: Provide best practice support and advice to line managers, liaise with local HR teams, and anticipate and address employee relations issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, consulting skills, knowledge of the Asset Management/Finance Services industries, and a solution-focused attitude.
