What You’ll Do as Trainee Planogram Technician (FTC until 31st March 2027 only)
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day‑to‑day:
Commercial planogram development — Produce high‑quality, commercially focused planograms that reflect seasonal and regional opportunities, ensuring accuracy and credibility through regular reviews.
Cross‑functional collaboration — Work closely with Merchandising teams to ensure departmental strategy and guidelines are fully represented in all planograms.
Planning & scheduling ownership — Maintain awareness of key planogram publishing dates and manage key contact lists for relevant product areas.
Data‑driven planogram optimisation — Use VR stats, Tableau, and minimum display quantity insights to support effective planogram builds and identify over/under‑optioning.
Technical proficiency — Develop strong capability in Mockshop (Visual Retailing) and update planogram review documents as required.
Product & commercial insight — Build deep product knowledge to recommend optimal product flows, improve visual presentation, and enhance the customer journey based on store feedback.

What You’ll Bring

1+ year experience in office‑based or retail roles, with relevant education in fashion, analytics, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills, with good numerical acumen and ability to analyse data effectively.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
Demonstrates strong personal integrity, sound judgement, professionalism, and adaptability when handling new challenges.
