Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team in Dublin City Centre South on a permanent basis. This role focuses on client acquisition, credit analysis, and portfolio management within corporate banking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new clients while referring prospects to relevant teams.
* Achieve revenue targets, account growth, and fee income objectives.
* Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including credit analysis and approval.
* Conduct commercial and credit assessments, financial analysis, and stress testing.
* Prepare and present comprehensive credit applications for internal approvals.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and market participants.
* Monitor loan portfolios, financial reports, and market trends for risk assessment.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate banking with an international bank.
* Strong knowledge of corporate banking processes and sales experience.
* Established connections within the local banking network (preferred).
Soft Skills:
* Strong relationship management, negotiation, and risk management skills.
* Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
