Senior Recruitment Consultant - Sterling Engineering
Role:
Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team (hardware, software, mechanical) to deliver next-generation products from concept to mass production, ensuring technical excellence, process maturity, and alignment with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance engineering team.
Ensure cross-disciplinary integration and technical oversight.
Manage multiple projects, balancing scope, quality, cost, and timeline.
Establish and refine engineering processes, methodologies, and metrics.
Manage budgets, resources, and lab/test infrastructure.
Communicate progress, risks, and strategy to senior stakeholders.
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Mechatronics).
8+ years in product development; 5+ years in engineering leadership (30+ team members).
Proven track record of taking products from concept to market.
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with manufacturing/NPI preferred.
