We're looking for an epic leader of people and standards-driven operator to join our team as an Operations Manager in Ireland.This is a really exciting time to join Popeyes. We've successfully landed in Belfast and are now expanding into Dublin – so this role can be based in either city, with responsibility for growing our presence and delivering amazing results across multiple locations.You'll be the driver of culture, leading your General Managers and bringing to life our 'bring the fun' value. You'll provide clear direction and motivational leadership, be responsible for your KPIs (especially sales and profit targets), whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
