Overview of Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our hospital team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in shaping the future of clinical pharmacy services within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act at all times to ensure that the care and safety of patients is assigned the highest priority.
* Understand, model, and promote quality standards and best practices in pharmaceutical services.
* Participate in the delivery and development of a clinical pharmacy service, carrying out prescription review, patient education, and documentation of clinical interventions.
* Assist in managing the efficient running of the Dispensary, participating in, and supervising, the operation of the Dispensary, including the procurement, storage, supply, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and other related items.
