Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Team Leader Our client are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused EHS Team Leader to drive a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for leading EHS programmes, developing team capability, and ensuring compliance across site operations. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across the site Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety legislation and internal standards Support risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions Lead incident investigations and emergency response activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/CI methodologies Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Quality teams Monitor EHS KPIs and implement data-driven improvements Oversee environmental compliance programmes and contractor management Requirements Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred 3+ years experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Experience with continuous improvement methodologies desirable Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioural change For more information please contact Sinéad Cullen on or
