Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Specialist.
* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
* Process orders, manage customer cases, and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
* Liaise with internal teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
* Offer exceptional support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 40,000 per annum based on experience and role requirements.
* Up to 80,000 per annum can be expected based on performance and bonuses.
Bonus Package:
