Century Retrofit Ltd, are a contracting company that specialise in deep energy retrofits. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function. This is a key leadership role with strong influence over business strategy, project delivery and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee all commercial activities across multiple projects.
· Manager cost control, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.
· Support tendering, bid management and business development with accurate commercial input
· Submit interim valuations and agree final accounts
· Manage subcontractors' procurement and payments
· Provide strategic commercial leadership to the project teams and company directors
· Ensure strong client relationships and successful commercial outcomes
Requirements:
· years' experience as a QS or Commercial Manager within main contracting
· Proven ability to lead commercial operations in a SME or fast-paced project environment
· Strong contractual, negotiation, financial and leadership capabilities
· Relevant QS or construction-related degree qualification
· Full driving licence
