Document Control and Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the change control system, reviewing and routing changes, assessing training impact, and releasing orders on time.
* Provide software training and support for change control systems, as well as other training requirements.
* Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently, interacting with internal and external customers along the way.
* Support Quality in both external and internal audits, monitoring document changes and ensuring timely revisions.
* Assist customers with problem-solving and offer solutions based on job knowledge and skills.
* Scan, archive, and retrieve quality documents and records, issuing controlled and uncontrolled documents as needed.
* Maintain service records for all departments and prepare requests for document reproduction.
* Support the development of documentation and configuration control procedures, testing and improving software and other supporting tools.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to create reports in support of other Quality Assurance systems.
* Ability to use critical thinking and resolve issues, with knowledge of electronic documentation systems.
* Good understanding of Document Control requirements and processes as outlined in ISO 13485 and 20 CFR part 820.
* Able to apply acquired knowledge of GDP and GMP to daily tasks, supporting rotating shifts.
