Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support the delivery and smooth running of our Specialist Training Programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career in administration and training. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider Training Department.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the database and training systems.
* They will also assist with the production of certificates, data entry and management, and general admin tasks as needed across the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider Training Department.
* First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the Specialist Training Programmes.
* Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the database and training systems.
* Material Preparation: Prepare and draft a range of materials including letters, emails, surveys, and reports.
