People and Culture Coordinator Location: Kilmacanogue| Hybrid Sector: Retail / Hospitality Contract: Full-Time A great opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a fast-paced, people-focused organisation.
This role provides broad exposure to both operational and strategic HR, supporting the People & Culture Business Partner, Head of HR and the wider People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR administration and coordination across the full employee lifecycle Support managers and the P&C Business Partner with note-taking during HR processes Respond to employee queries on HR policies, procedures,# and general HR matters Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Prepare HR reports, metrics and documentation for management Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business kills & Experience Experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR support role (1-3 years desirable) CIPD qualification is an advantage Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice (desirable) Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HRIS systems Team-oriented, flexible and able to maintain confidentiality at all times At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
