You need to have a strong background in gourmet gastronomy to succeed here - think of 15 points in the Gault & Millau or 2 AA Rosettes and above.

Profile / Qualifications
Experience in a similar or the same position in the fine dining industry for several years
A passion for modern and creative culinary dining
or GM or AA Rosette experience
Very good knowledge of raw materials
Organizational talent
You are respectable and loyal to your colleagues, supervisors, and employees
Are committed to seasonal dining
The ability to remain flexible, enthusiastic, and responsible
