Welcome Advisor - Bray
Location: Main work branch is in Bray, and occasional travel to branches in North Wicklow (Greystones)
Contract: 4 Month - June to Sept
Partner: Bank of Ireland (via CPL)
Salary: €29, per year
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Onsite
We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.
As a Welcome Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You'll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)
2. Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking
3. Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience
4. Update and maintain customer information on internal systems
5. Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary
6. Share customer insights to help improve service delivery
