Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Mental Health Young Adult Service.
* Deliver a high-quality, person-centred therapy service.
* Work with individuals to develop skills and strategies for daily living.
* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in consultation with patients and their families.
* Educate patients and families on healthy coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:
">
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Registration with CORU.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in mental health settings preferred.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
