Link Personnel have been instructed by our client based in City Centre on a Career Legal Executive vacancy.
This role will be supporting the Solicitors in the Energy, Infrastructure and Construction Department and will be a fully in-office position.
This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role.
Candidates doing FE1s will not be considered.

The Role: Coordinate transaction documentation for a range of high-profile EIC transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate closely with Solicitors across the team to maintain high standards of document control, manage original documentation, and track project-specific deadlines and milestones.
Draft and review key transaction documents, prepare formal correspondence, and manage step-plans and checklists for each project.
Act as a point of contact with clients, counterparties, and other Law Firms, handling communications as required.
Coordinate and facilitate the execution of documents, including hosting in-person signing meetings and implementing electronic signature (Docu Sign) protocols.
Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.
The Candidate: 2 years+ experience, ideally within a Construction Department.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
Good case management systems experience is required.
Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
