We are looking for Commis Chef to work in a Gastro Pub located outside Kells Co Meath
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully
Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
Continuously develop and innovate new dishes to enhance the menu
Be able to work as part of a Team
Requirements:
Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours, as the kitchen is only open Thurs - Sunday
