Your Role
* Manage the
full sales cycle
, from initial contact to closing deals.
* Present solutions to companies looking to
grow and scale
.
* Build, manage, and grow
long-term client relationships
.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and seamless delivery.
Who You Are
* 2+ years' experience in
insurance sales
(broker, agent, or consultative sales role)
* Results-driven and motivated by commission
, thriving in high-performance sales environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and
relationship-building skills
* Bachelor's degree or third-level education is a plus
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
* Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday
Total Compensation (Average Performer)
* Year 1: €45,000+
* Year 2: €63,000+
* Base salary: DOE
* Commission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential
* Top performers earn significantly above these figures
