We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to join Taoglas on a permanent basis.
The role will initially focus on covering a maternity leave through to Q******, with responsibility for core Group Finance activities including consolidation reporting, oversight of regional finance teams and audit coordination (see Key Responsibilities described below).
From Q****** onwards, the role will evolve and continue as a Group Finance Manager position, with responsibilities shaped to support the Group's ongoing growth and priorities.
Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly consolidated Group accounts, including:
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Prepare and review group-level reconciliations.
Month-End Close Management
Audit & Statutory Reporting
Budgeting
Cash Flow & Treasury Oversight
Controls, Process & Continuous Improvement
Knowledge and Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Strong experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting.
Proven ability to manage and review work produced by regional finance teams.
Solid understanding of balance sheet control and cash flow forecasting.
Experience managing external audits and preparing statutory financial statements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across geographies and time zones.
