Overview of the Role
The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest culinary and hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include:
Become fully familiar with all menu items
Prepare dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all food meets approved presentation and quality standards
Minimise waste through correct portion control and cost-effective working practices
Maintain excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
Ensure full HACCP compliance within the kitchen
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or fine dining kitchen
Talent, creativity, and a genuine passion for food
A friendly, dedicated attitude with strong attention to detail
The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
Excellent time management and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work efficiently under pressure
