Job Title: Social Care Worker
We are seeking experienced professionals to support adults toward independent living and community integration.
Care for individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, or other support needs in a community-based environment.
* Must hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification.
* Above-average experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities required.
* Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults essential.
* Full, clean manual driver's license and own car availability necessary.
* Understanding of current policy developments within disability services mandatory.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills vital.
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams necessary.
