Team: Architect, 4 Backend, 2 Frontend and 2 QA engineers, UI/UX designer, Business Analyst, and System Analyst.
Our stack: Python 3, FastAPI, SQS, Kinesis, S3, Lambda, OpenAPI, Swagger, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Nomad + implementing Kubernetes.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).Find out more .

Tasks
1. Develop and improve key services for automating the company’s business processes: from architecture design, infrastructure deployment, CI/CD processes and output to production
2. Manage the team and develop engineers' technical competencies
3. Produce technical and product initiatives
4. Improve monitoring and transparency of services to simplify the analysis of incidents
5. Technical quality management: code-review, system design review, etc.
Requirements
6. Experience in managing a development team of 5 people, experience in mentoring and developing a team’s technical competencies
7. Experience leading technical and product initiatives
8. At least 5 years of backend development experience in Python using asynchronous frameworks
9. Experience in developing architecture and creating services from scratch: creating a service, designing a database schema, and preparing a description using standard system design artifacts
10. Experience in developing and optimizing legacy systems
11. Ensure high-quality code development through unit and integration tests
