Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
* Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
* Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and documentation.
* Generate basic reports and summaries when needed.
* Support administrative tasks and cross-functional teams with data-related needs.
Requirements
* 0–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or related roles.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets).
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time.
