An established and forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple stages, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We would also welcome applications from these industries Commercial architecture, industrial and logistics, residential development, infrastructure and built environment consultancy, construction and design-led engineering.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Take full responsibility for the technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme adherence from early design through construction.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, workloads, and project priorities with minimal supervision.
Produce and oversee detailed technical designs, drawings, and documentation using BIM-led workflows.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, supporting coordination, site activity, and technical resolution.
Contribute to business development activities, including bids, proposals, client engagement, and project planning.
You will have the following qualifications and experience
A degree-level qualification in Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline.
At least eight years’ post-qualified experience, with membership of CIAT or an equivalent professional body.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM processes, alongside experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe software.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and construction methodologies, with exposure to international standards beneficial.
Proven experience leading technical delivery, mentoring junior staff, and managing projects within time and budget constraints.
