We are a family-owned coffee business located in the heart of Granard town, known for serving high-quality coffee and delicious treats freshly baked in our own commercial bakery. The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.
* Perform administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.
* Lead and motivate a small team (1-2 part time staff), fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Collaborate with the bakery team to showcase and promote fresh baked goods.
* Continuously seek ways to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* A self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Passion for coffee and a desire to learn from experienced baristas and impart knowledge to customers that may have questions.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage.
