Travel costs will be reimbursed.Role OverviewThe Senior Solution Architect will provide architectural oversight, technical guidance, and leadership across all phases of Oracle projects, from strategy development to solution implementation. You will work closely with operations teams, clients, and implementation partners to design, implement, and optimise solutions.This role requires a hands-on, techno-functional approach, combining technical expertise with functional understanding to support both project delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities - Programme Deliverables:Provide architectural oversight, leadership, and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycleOversee end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practicesAnalyse business requirements and implement Oracle solutions meeting organisational and regulatory standardsContribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and review Functional Designs (FDs)Support system configuration and custom development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)Lead data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate legacy data import into OracleSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User TestingOperations Deliverables:Provide hands-on guidance to operations teams in analysing and resolving issuesCollaborate with business functions to improve organisational efficiencyIdentify and develop new project opportunities, building trusted client relationshipsExperience & Skills Required (Mandatory)Minimum 7+ years' experience in a senior Solution Architect roleDemonstrable experience on at least two large-scale Oracle eBusiness implementations, including finance shared services projectsProven experience providing architectural oversight and leadership throughout complex projectsTechno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, OAF page developmentFunctional experience in Oracle modules: Purchasing, Inventory Management (R12), Fixed Assets, Order Management, General LedgerExperience collaborating with system implementers, clients, and internal/external stakeholdersExpertise in data migration, conversion, and reconciliationAbility to deliver complex solutions while providing ongoing business-as-usual supportEnd-user training and documentation experienceQualifications (Mandatory)3rd-level Technical Degree demonstrating training in Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Agresso, Lawson, SAGE, or equivalentEnglish Language Requirement (Mandatory)Must be fluent in EnglishCV must indicate whether the candidate is a native speakerNon-native speakers should ideally hold CEFR Level C2 (Mastery/Proficiency) or equivalentWhere certification is not held, English proficiency will be verified during interview/presentationJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: €74,566.00-€89,538.83 per yearExperience:Oracle: 7 years (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Location:Dublin, County Dublin (preferred)Work Location: In person
