Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, allowing flexibility between working from home and attending in-person responsibilities.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee event planning and execution, coordinate efforts among team members, and manage the logistics of hosting high-impact meetups.
You'll act as a point of contact between speakers, venue operators, and other stakeholders while ensuring that timelines and project goals are met efficiently.
Additional tasks include leading project meetings, monitoring budgets, and addressing any challenges to maintain smooth event operations.
Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple event-related projects Strong skills in Expediting and Logistics Management, including managing schedules, vendor relationships, and on-site operations Experience in Inspection and ensuring quality standards for event planning and execution Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and community participants Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a hybrid work setting Familiarity with AI technologies or event management in tech communities is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field is preferred Proficiency in productivity tools such as project management software is a plus
