Key Responsibilities Originate, manage, and close commercial mortgage and lending opportunities across a range of client types including investors, developers, SMEs, and corporate borrowers.
Build and grow a strong pipeline of commercial lending business through both new business development and existing networks.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the full lending process, from initial consultation to drawdown.
Work closely with internal teams and lender partners to ensure smooth deal execution.
Act as a trusted commercial adviser, delivering excellent client outcomes and long-term relationships.
Contribute to the growth and success of this newly established commercial lending function.
What We're Looking For Essential Criteria Direct, current experience selling commercial mortgages / commercial lending solutions .
QFA qualification is mandatory .
Strong sales capability with a demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to generate business immediately and make an instant impact.
Existing commercial client network or portfolio is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
