Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our hospitality and event operations at a prominent stadium venue in Galway.
This is a high-impact leadership role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for leading all hospitality operations including café, matchday service, private events, and corporate hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all hospitality operations including café, matchday service, private events, and corporate hospitality.
* Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all departments.
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing front-of-house and kitchen team.
* Oversee scheduling, rostering, and 7-day operations including weekends and event days.
* Take full responsibility for managing P&L, budgets, stock, and supplier management.
* Implement SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
* Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and strategic pricing.
* Act on customer feedback to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3-5 years experience in a senior operations or GM role within hospitality, stadiums, hotels, catering or large-scale events.
* Proven ability to lead high-volume, multi-faceted operations.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A flexible approach with availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
