Job Description:
The role of Policing and Community Safety Partnership Assistant involves working closely with the PCSP Officer to provide administrative support. This includes carrying out a range of clerical, secretarial, administrative and customer service duties within the unit.
Responsibilities:
* provide general word processing, typing, filing, administrative and secretarial services;
* assist with development, implementation and maintenance of office systems and procedures;
- Two years employment experience in an office environment is required. Additionally RSA/OCR Stage 2 Typewriting/Word Processing or Pitman Intermediate Typewriting is needed for our Office Team Members who will perform various tasks including reception duties that involve handling phone queries as well as maintaining accurate records relating these incidents; they should be able handle numerous calls simultaneously while providing exceptional customer satisfaction through their warm communication skills.
