Responsibilities
* As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
* Be a luxury sales advisor with opportunities to grow in your career. Work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal goals and the store goals. Interact with customers every day and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
* Follow store operational and safety procedures and keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
* This role requires full flexibility with weekend availability.
