Key Responsibilities
As part of this highly regarded team, you will:
* Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, workplace policies, terminations, redundancies, and employee disputes.
* Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including equality legislation, whistleblowing laws, and health & safety obligations.
* Support clients with employment-related aspects of corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
* Represent clients in contentious matters such as employment tribunals or High Court litigation.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network on cross-border employment issues.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong experience in
employment law
, ideally gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
* A proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
