This hands-on role is ideal for someone keen to build a long-term career in retail management. You will support day-to-day store operations while developing key leadership and business skills under the guidance of senior managers. Key Responsibilities Assist with store opening and closing procedures Replenish stock and manage store orders Monitor and reduce stock waste Handle cash and ensure till accuracy Supervise and support team members during shifts Participate in management meetings Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) Support with HR tasks such as rota scheduling and staff communication Assist in managing the store's social media and marketing efforts Develop and apply best practices in: Communication Time management Team leadership Key Skills & Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, team-focused attitude Willingness to learn and ambition to progress Flexible availability for rotating early and late shifts Positive and energetic personality Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential Degree in business or management is advantageous, but not required Skills: management customer service retail
