Job Purpose SummaryThis role is responsible for overseeing our group order management area. The role provides an effective and efficient order management function within CMS Group. This order management team is responsible for ensuring all customers orders are dispatched to with agreed SLAs. The role will work very closely with a number of key stakeholders such as sales teams, warehousing, stock control, demand planning and finance. The role will handle overdue orders, Stock & Route issues, Dangerous goods, Tracking and handling any daily queries with warehousing.Role ResponsibilitiesDaily Order ManagementInvestigating daily order issues to ensure these are resolved with agreed SLAsOverseeing missing / lost stock orders /orders cancellationsCoordinating with IT support on label issues.Maintain daily communication with all Sales teams on order statusesTransportResponsible for transport for Dangerous Goods ensuring all related actions are completed with the VendorsResponsible for ensuring truck and cage bookings completed for customer ordersManage transport related order issues (power outages, driver delays, staffing).StockLiase with stock control on discrepancies or movements related to order issuesWork with Demand planning for stock related issuesProvide management feedback on Stock related order issuesProvide ETAs and Back Order reporting to customersReportingProvide weekly reporting to senior management on open orders, brands etc.Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on order performance within CMSAd HocWorking with account managers to ensure all that sold units are removed from stock.Raise and manage IT tickets for customer issues impacting accounts..Point of contact for Payment related queries from Credit on ordersThe role of the Sales Operations Analyst will also include the belowPrimary contact for Orders in processProject manage order Improvements collaborating with each major stakeholder to increase delivery timelinesTake the lead on testing & implementing new systems within group for Order management AComplete monthly reporting to management on order trend analysisEnsure work instructions are in place for all tasks within the departmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesSkills & Personal AttributesSkills & AbilitiesIdeal candidates for this role are efficient, adaptable and have strong administrative abilities.Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and understand how to prioritise tasks.Ability to apply due diligence when undertaking all tasks.Ability to communicate eloquently in both verbal and written format, a professional telephone manner is essential.Ability to work solo and as part of a team.Flexible with time and adaptable to change.Experience & KnowledgeBe proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, OutlookSAP experience an advantage.High level understanding of order management within CMSKey TraitsCMS believes that a diverse and inclusive workforce enriches and is integral to the success of our company.
