We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep LabVIEW expertise to lead verification and validation activities for embedded electronic and IoT products. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role within R&D, focused on architecting scalable automated test systems, defining test strategy, and ensuring product quality, compliance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead definition and documentation of test requirements with cross-functional teams
Own test strategy, planning, and requirements traceability using risk-based approaches
Architect, design, and implement scalable automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand
Define verification methodologies, test specifications, and acceptance criteria
Lead complex troubleshooting, debugging, and root‑cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement of test frameworks, tools, and architecture
Specify, integrate, and optimise measurement instruments and interfaces
Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years in automated testing for embedded electronic products
Strong NI LabVIEW expertise (CLD or higher highly desirable)
Solid understanding of embedded systems, electronics, and measurement techniques
Experience with test hardware design and HW/SW interfacing (Serial, I²C, SPI, CAN)
Desirable
TestStand, DAQ, or advanced instrument control experience
Familiarity with QA/automation tools (Python, Selenium, CLI)
Degree in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience with mains-powered products
Jira and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
