You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.Key ResponsibilitiesLaminate flooring installationReplacing light fittings, sockets, taps, and sink stoppersLock replacementsRepairing blinds (roller and woodslat)Basic painting and patch-upsInstalling smoke and CO alarmsIdentifying and reporting more complex issuesGeneral garden maintenanceThe Ideal CandidateHas previous professional handyman experienceIs reliable, detail-oriented, and organisedCan work independently and follow job instructionsManual Handling Certification is a plusCommunicates well in English (spoken and written)Comfortable with basic tools and property maintenance tasksGarda vetting may be requiredPlease note:We are not looking for self-employed tradesmen.
