Kerr's Tyres and Auto, a rapidly expanding tyre and automotive aftercare business, is seeking an experienced centre manager to join our team in Dublin.
* Responsibilities:
o Run the centre, including development, growth, compliance, breakdowns, deliveries, customer service, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Establish and define strategic objectives by gathering business, financial, service, and operations information, identifying and evaluating outcomes, and best practices.
o Maximise revenue and accomplish financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost control, budgets, and targets.
o Maintain high-quality customer care standards, analyse and resolve customer service issues, identify trends, and recommend system improvements.
o Build and support an effective team within the centre through successful recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
o Manage the performance and development of the centre team through organising workload, delegating tasks, inspections, professional development, mentoring, coaching, and training.
o Assist staff in performing tasks with them, testing, checking, replacing, and repairing tyres and automotive parts; balancing and re-aligning wheels.
o Maintain and check stock, operation of equipment and vehicles, identify, evaluate, and organise repairs of worn and faulty components.
o Liaise with other centre managers and ensure sound communication to drive company objectives, nurture communication within the centre team through frequent team meetings.
o Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
