Key responsibilities include managing credit control issues, liaising with operations and accounts departments, completing requests for requisitions and membership certificates, and preparing reports for clients and senior management.
Requirements
* PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility
* Degree-qualified with proven experience in property industry management
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations expertise
* Proven success in leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills
* Familiarity with MUD legislation
