Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and practical support to clients in line with their care plans
Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity
Monitor and document clients' progress and any changes in their condition
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive support
Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Collaborate on assessments and behavior
management plans, aligning with care plans.
Facilitate individual and group educational activities.
Provide care based on plans and document progress.
Liaise with supervisors, professionals, and referral
agents.
Participate in training and contribute to policies and
procedures.
Ensure safety, well-being, and confidentiality of
young people.
Requirements
Must hold an EU or UK passport to be eligible for this position.
Previous experience in social care or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
Relevant qualifications or training in social care are advantageous.
Basic computer skills for documentation and client communication.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights if necessary.
