Provide technical guidance and expertise to construction professionals and internal teams within the correct guidelines and standards.Requirements:Hold a relevant professional qualification within Construction, with strong technical experience and providing support B2B.Think critically, analyse data, prioritise and build good working relationships.Strong ICT skills including Microsoft Office.AutoCAD & Excel experience required, Revit experience is desirable.An enthusiastic, hands-on and inquisitive attitude.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Handle Technical Sales with internal and external customers, active promotion of full product ranges across various channels.Support Sales & Specification teams.Consultation with Architects and other industry professionals. Work with specifiers, merchants, builders and representative bodies on all matters relating to building systems.Weekly & monthly reporting on KPI‘s, trend analysis, commercial issues etcProvide consultation on projects and design solutions.Design and deliver presentations.Proficient utilisation of industry tools including but not limited to BIM, Cad, U-value calculator, Thermal modelling and WUFI/Hygrothermal analysis software to generate project relevant information for specifiers and customers.Professionally develop and maintain a working knowledge of Safety, Building Regulations & other directives, regulations and standards which apply to the business.Nurture customer relationships, provide updates, insights, site visits.Develop an internal and external network that enables you to share and receive best practice within the industry.Build open and engaging collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.Maintaining & sharing a detailed ’library‘ of such technical information and literature.
