Responsibilities
* Define and execute DevOps strategy and delivery plans
* Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
* Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
* Manage containerised environments (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)
* Provision and support AWS cloud environments
* Integrate security tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST, Fortify) into pipelines
* Manage secrets, compliance, and audit requirements
* Lead release strategies (blue/green, canary)
* Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response (Dynatrace)
* Embed automated testing within CI/CD workflows
Requirements
* 5+ years' hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise or regulated environments
* Strong AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform expertise
* Experience integrating security tooling into automated pipelines
* Strong observability and incident management skills
* Ability to influence non-functional requirements and operational architecture
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
