We are currently looking for an Experienced Chef de Partie to become part of our team and help us provide outstanding service and a fantastic customer experience in one of the most well-known Pan Asian restaurants in Dublin.
The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in a fast paced licenced premises and demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as being customer focused.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
* Ensure that each member of your team is fully aware of their responsibilities and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
* Help prepare all orders for the fresh and dry store items required on a daily basis
* Ensure proper rotation of stock
* Deputise in the absence of the Junior Sous chef
* Monitoring portion and waste control
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements
* Must have valid working visa
* Must be able to work weekends and evenings;
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have good communication skills
* Have excellent organisational skills
* Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
* Must speak English and work to a high standard
