Whelan's After Dark is a vibrant and welcoming late-night venue known for its friendly atmosphere, quality service, and great music every weekend. We take pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience, whether it's a busy Saturday night or a relaxed midweek session. We are currently eeeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Bar Staff to join our expanding team, with the flexibility to work across our Tullamore, Birr, and Walsh Island locations as required.
Hours-
* Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and with accuracy
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and surrounding areas at all times
* Handle cash and card transactions confidently and responsibly
* Restock bar products such as spirits, mixers, glassware, and garnishes as needed
* Provide friendly and professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of service, especially during peak hours
* Stay calm and composed during high-pressure situations
* Comply with all licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
* Assist with closing duties including cleaning, stock-taking, and bar reset

* Applicant must be 18+ to serve alcohol (no under 18 applicants accepted)

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
