Operational Lead
The Operational Lead will oversee the daily management of a busy retail establishment. They will have strong leadership abilities, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and staff supervision.
* Lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to ensure shelves are always stocked.
* Handle rostering, training, and performance management for staff members.
* Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Monitor store performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a dynamic retail management position.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing costs.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
