The Oasis Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Women's and Children's Managed Clinical and Academic Network (MCAN) in the HSE West and North West region.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Women's and Children's MCAN, working closely with our team of experts across the region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in health management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for the Women's and Children's MCAN
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including budgeting and resource allocation
* Collaborate with our team of experts across the region to deliver high-quality healthcare services
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community groups
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or a related discipline
* At least 5 years of experience in health management, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* The ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships
